鎌倉駅東口からすぐのところにあるスターバックスです。1階と2階の2階構成となっており、注文と会計は1階で行います。2階への昇降は階段だけでなくエレベーターもあるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方でも気軽に利用できます。 主にカウンター席に充電用の電源コンセントが設置されており、PCや本を広げて作業する人も多く見かけます。客の回転はあまり良くないと見受けられる一方で、休日でも店内のテーブルや椅子が全て埋まることは少なく、多くの客がテイクアウトでドリンクなどを注文します。飲み歩きしながら鎌倉を散策するために立ち寄るのかもしれません。鎌倉駅から見ると、鶴岡八幡宮の方向と逆の位置にあることも、それ程混雑していない要因の一つなのかもしれません。 スタッフの接客対応は終始丁寧でした。給仕される料理やドリンクの質・量ともに他のスターバックスと遜色ありません。

This Starbucks is located just outside the east exit of Kamakura Station and consists of two floors: the first floor and the second floor, with ordering done on the first floor. Power outlets for recharging are installed mainly at the counter seats, and many people can be seen working on their computers or spreading out books. While customer turnover appears to be slow, the tables and chairs in the cafe are rarely all occupied, even on holidays. It may be because many customers order drinks and other items to take out. They may visit there for a drink and a stroll around Kamakura. The fact that the cafe is located in the opposite direction of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine when viewed from Kamakura Station may be one of the reasons it is not so crowded. We found this Starbucks while visiting Kamakura and it was as nice as all the other ones we’ve been to in the area. Great customer service and delicious coffee.

Two out of four coffees served were wrong. One wrong size (Grande instead of Venti), one is a totally different order (I ordered White Mocha but what they gave us tastes like Americano). Go have coffee somewhere else when...
