I saw negative reviews about this restaurant, but I totally disagree! I visited late at night around 10:30 PM, and the owner himself welcomed us warmly with a big smile. He runs everything alone but still treats customers with kindness. There’s no English menu, but Google Translate works fine. The owner speaks a little English and tries hard to understand. The shop stays open late, parking is available beside the restaurant, prices are reasonable, and the ramen is absolutely delicious! This is definitely my favorite ramen spot in Kamifurano!

The reason why I gave a 4-star is the slow service. But this is because it is a one-man show. The chef manned the shop alone. The first time I went, I was told it was closing. So I returned the following night. There were 2 diners waiting for their food. It took the chef a while to come take my orders. The chef was at no time rude. In fact, he saw me off at the door, thanking me at the same time. The food was good. Ramen and meat were done just right. Capacity is about 15 people. There is a small car park beside.

コチラのラーメン屋さんオススメです！感じ良く腰の低い店主が愛想良く迎えてくれる。ラーメンとお得なミニ丼に餃子を食べた。味噌ラーメンの上にこんもりと美しく白髪葱が乗っている。この白髪葱が細やかに千切りにされていて見た目にも美しく食べやすい。食べると尖った辛味が無い。水で丁寧にさらしてある印象。味噌ラーメンはしっかり濃厚味噌味。味噌自体の素材感もある。もちろんコクと旨みも感じた。今回は試さなかったが、坦々麺も期待出来そうだった。麺は太麺の玉子縮れ麺。味噌スープに上手く絡み、歯応え食感共に良い。味噌ラーメンの炒め野菜にはちゃんと挽き肉が入ったもので、シャキシャキとした野菜の歯応えも絶妙。とにかく全てのバランスが最高。しかも、このクオリティでまさかの¥1000以下！一緒に頼んだ餃子。ひとつひとつの包み方が細かく繊細で、一つ一つのヒダはもはや芸術的。それが六個可愛く並べられている。当たり前に味も文句無い。ちなみに、ラーメンのチャーシューはしっとりと柔らかくジューシーで、しかも二枚も添えられていた。ミニ丼のイカゲソ丼に至っては、きちんとその場でゲソを揚げてくださり、サクサクと香ばしくボリュームも抜群！！なのに300円。笑ふと隣の卓を見ると、一つ一つの備品や調味料にグラスなどがきちんと整え揃えてある。店主の生真面目な性格を感じさせてくれた…。素晴らしい。全体として古さはあるが整理整頓されており、気持ち良く清潔な店内だった。 ……たまたま座った小上がり席からパントリーや厨房が見えた。店主ご夫婦と思われるおふたりが、これまた丁寧にビールジョッキや食器を丁寧に洗われ拭きあげていらっしゃった。安心して飲食出来るお店様だと強く感じた。上富良野町のほとんどのラーメン店を食べ歩いたが…… コチラが本当に…オススメです！！・小さな店構えながら掘りごたつ形式の小上がりあり、お子様連れにも良いと思われた。駐車場完備。

Me an my friends came to the Cafe, it was empty with only 2 people inside, but it all of the tables was dirty, having dishes. The owner pushed us out in a very rude way, didn't even say sorry.
