My compliment to the chef: all dishes were lick clean and clear as u can see with my photo lol and I went there two nights in a row lol, I think It is perhaps the best restaurant in furano I think it is michilin star quality
How? There is a daily menu which the chef hand picked himself, so things are really fresh I think the chef has a talent with spot on seasoning with his dishes I'm not too sure how to describe it, while it provides a complex flavor to the dishes, it amplified the freshness of the ingredients at the same time, so none of the flavor is "typical" in a good way
I personally prefer to order a la carte than the omakase because I like to pick my own dish, everything is good but i really love the "smoked" slow cook duck, the beef tataki and also the rare pork part...
