This restaurant may look like a "itameshi" (japanese style italian restaurant) but it's actually well managed resembling somehow a genuine Italian restaurant. They use a lot of local products for their dishes so you can enjoy Italian food with a bit of local taste. Atmosphere is excellent, modern-elegant. Staff is extremely kind, attentive, helpful and warm-hearted. I was very well impressed by their will to make you comfortable in the very Italian hospitality fashion. They also have a stage and sometimes a jazz live is performed. They can arrange for vegans.
2025/09 Second time I came but I was no more impressed as the first time. While the staff is still friendly and polite, food quality is not that great like I thought. Also, they charged me 800 yen for a supposed jazz live performance that actually consisted in 10 minutes stage (I left quite early soon after ate so I don't know if the performance had more stages later). It is conveniently located and staff does it best but if you look for a good place to eat this is a...
Read moreTourists beware! Canadian girl here and I am very sad about the experience I had.
The manager was not open to tourists going inside with the locals. Instead of putting a sign or saying there was no places, they excluded us. They made my husband and I sit at an exterior table, in the mall, with bright lights and other tourists.
When I asked to go to the toilet, the server was going to show me where it was inside the restaurant. The manager pointed to the toilets of the mall and did not want me to come inside the restaurant.
After that we paid for our drinks and left. It was a very bad and disturbing experience.
I dont know about the food but it was against my values to support a place like this. The manager still charged us 10$ for 2 cokes which is expensive and laughed in my husband's face when he said he felt very...
Read morePeach hibiscus water was pretty good. I ordered a diovola chicken pizza. The chicken was very low quality, I couldn’t eat it. The rest of the pizza was average. My gf got a salmon pasta and it had the worst smell like it came out of a can. The salmon was really low quality. So at that point it was like alright whatever just a below average restaurant. But then the bill came. And we got charged for a music fee! LOL There was a lady singing when we walked in for like 5 minutes. To sum it up, i would call this place an overpriced scam tourist trap. When i went to pay and said something about the music fee the manager just ignored me. Oh and we had to ask for napkins halfway through our meal. I would DEFINITELY avoid this place. Honestly, if i was the staff i would feel shame with how bad the...
