Domino's Pizza Kanazawa Station Nishihonmachi — Restaurant in Kanazawa

This place looked very nice. I suggest ordering online. They have an English website, as well as coupons. If you're in the restaurant, they have English menus too. Very delicious pizza. But be warned that pizza sizes are much smaller than in America. I ordered one medium with each half with different toppings. I ate half of the pizza right then and there; it was only 8 small slices. It would've been about 2500 yen but I had a coupon. There are also different toppings compared to America (Quattro Cheese has camembert!!). Friendly staff, not speaking much English, but still helpfull. What to expect from Domino’s - well, pretty much same as everywhere else. If you’re really hungry - don’t be me and order ‘all meet on top’ - that is unless you want to get sleepy very very fast. Pricewise...

平日の全然混んでいない時間に、毎度お馴染み【2倍盛り】で注文したのですが…全てのカットにトマト一個だけしかのっていない通常仕様のマルゲリータと、生地の部分が見える高麗カルビが渡されました。ミスなの？基準が変わったの？

その旨お電話して、これが正常な状態か尋ねると「担当の者はマニュアル通り作ったと言っております。見せていただいてからの判断になるのですが、現物がある場合は交換させていただきます」とのことでした。食べ進めていたので現物はほぼなく、とりあえず残ったカットの写メは撮ったと伝えると、それでも可ということでした。

しかし、食べ進めていた為、交換は申し訳ないので辞退しました。基準の量が聞きたいと尋ねると、「2倍の場合、マルゲリータのトマトは2個です」とのことでした。

【マニュアル通り】とは、一体…？

今後は同じミスが起きないように気をつけるとのお話がありましたが、今回は2倍盛りの料金払い損ということで終話。 食べているので通常料金は当然払います。しかし、2倍盛り分の料金を取られることは不服に感じます。その分の返金提案などがあってもいいのでは？
