True izakaya experience and tasty food for an awesome price! Few seats avaliable, but it's worth it! Large servings but your tastebuds will thank you! Definitely would recommend!! 幻の王様中華そば☆ とある日の金沢ランチ会食の為、万全を期して前乗り☆ とはいえ、この日は疲れの為か調子が思わしくなく、お店の予約もしてなかった為、ホテル近くの繁華街を、ぶらぶらしていて、飲みの誘惑も有りましたが、赤提灯に誘われてお店前に来たら、馴染みのあるラーメン屋に凸店名から想像通りの二郎系ですが、あっさり系もメニューに有ったので、券売機でポチり♪ お店に入るなり食欲も復活してご飯物もポチりw 店内カウンターが7席のみで15年ほど続く老舗☆ ラーメンメニューの名前が花の慶次の人物をもじっていて興味深いですが、体調も考えつつ、 ◯幻の王様中華そば　¥900 ◯豚玉飯　¥450 大人気にも関わらす、惜しまれながら閉店した伝説のラーメン店の幻の王様中華そばを再現とのこと☆ 丼一面に咲くネギの花は、スープの熱さで甘く変化したネギに魔性の黒胡椒がたっぷり☆ しなやかなザ中華そばの麺は、コクのある醤油スープを持ち上げて美味♪ お店の経営母体が長野のチェーン店なので、金沢発祥ではなさそうですが、金沢ゆかりの店名に賑やかな繁華街の中で夜遅くまで営業されてるのは貴重なお店かと思います♪ 豚玉飯も豚肉の絶妙な味付けと甘味の有る卵で箸が進む美味しさ♪ 体調が悪くても食べてほっこりする幻の中華そばと豚玉飯でエネチャージしました(^^)♪ ご馳走様ででしたm(__)m

A small, down-to-earth ramen shop serving up great flavor and big portions of hearty, fatty ramen.
