Pan Brother's — Restaurant in Kanazawa

We discovered this bakery in November 2024, while walking back to our hotel. The sweet aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries lured us in as we strolled by. We decided to turn back and explore what they had to offer.

While we were there, we noticed that the apple pie was quite popular. Several customers came in asking about it but left disappointed because it had sold out, and the new batch wasn't ready yet. We made a mental note to return for it later and at that moment we bought a couple of sweet chestnut pies, two croissants (one chocolate and one custard), and a few puddings and breads.

The sweet chestnut pie was delightful; it was something we couldn't find back home, so we ended up buying another one. The croissants were soft, fluffy, and tasted fantastic as well.

A couple of days later, we returned to the bakery and finally managed to get the apple pie. It was just as good as we had hoped.
