The owner is incredibly friendly and always explains the dishes with so much passion, it makes the experience even more special. The sfogliatella? Absolutely next level crispy, delicate, and unforgettable. We’ll definitely be coming back again (and again)! Questo adorabile caffè italiano a Karuizawa è ormai una tappa fissa ogni volta che veniamo. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e racconta i piatti con una passione contagiosa, rendendo tutto ancora più speciale. La sfogliatella? ランチに訪問しました、マルゲリータとパスタを注文、食後はエスプレッソとスフォリアテッラと言うお菓子！マルゲリータには、生ハムをトッピング。食べた瞬間オリーブオイルの美味しさに感動、香りの強いエキストラバージンオイルだそうですが、これが美味しい。手がオイルだらけになるほど掛かってますが、これが生地とトマトソースに合ってます。生地は耳はカリカリ中心はもっちりで、濃厚なトマトソースとモッツァレラチーズ、口の中が幸せに満たされます。トッピングの生ハムも熟成された肉の香りが鼻を突き抜け、いつまでも食べていたい。パスタは一般的なスパゲティより少し太めでモチモチ感が強いです、何よりトマトソースが絶品で、ドライトマトのような香りの強いトマトソースはオリーブオイルの香りともマッチして格別の美味さになります。ピザの耳を残して置くか、パンを頼んで皿のソースを根こそぎ絡めて食べ切るのが、絶対です。オーナーのナポリの家庭料理の愛情が感じられます。デザートのスフォリアテッラは、パイ生地を薄く重ねた生地の中にチーズクリームが入っているそうでパリパリサクサクの生地とほのかな甘さのチーズクリームがエスプレッソと良く合います。大きさは赤ちゃんの拳位の大きさです、日本の専門店のもっと大きな物を食べた事がありますが、これが本物かって思わせる感じがします。何が本物かは分かりませんが…

Everything is amazing! You can stop here for a break drinking a fabulous Italian espresso and eating a delicious Napolitan sfogliatella! If you're still hungry you can also eat spaghetti with a real Italian tomato sauce or other traditional Napolitan plates. The atmosphere it's very nice and the room well decorated! The staff is amazing! Both are very friendly and kind, they will make you feel at home!

Cozy little authentic Italian restaurant with the absolute most delicious pizza. The crust was a perfect balance of lightness and flavor! The owner is from Naples and knows what good Italian cuisine should be. Can’t wait to come when I get to visit Karuizawa again! Oh..and don’t miss the espresso coffee and sfogliatella...
