My favorite brewery. I think this was the first place I went to that opened my eyes to just how delicious craft beer is. It really opened my eyes to it.

This small brewery has the perfect amount of hop and light fruitness in a beer that just adds to its refreshing taste. I have traveled around and drank many a craft after this, but nothing so far has quite beat its original beer The Quartet

Lovely brewery and tap room in Karuizawa. The owners bring their extensive experience and expertise in creating unique and very drinkable beers in many different styles. We especially enjoyed talking with the owners while enjoying one of their 10 beers on tap. Highly recommend a visit and take a few beers home to...

Best brewery in Karuizawa, lovely owners, knowledgable and owners have their Cicerone beer certification so they know what they are talking about. Lovely little spot to grab a flight while in town. Kayo is the owner, she is amazing.
