軽井沢SEi — Local services in Karuizawa

i walked in and sat down mistakenly thinking that they serve sashimi, after reading the menu i told the staff my desire and left. Although i didnt dine in their restaurant, the boss gave me a lot information on where i can probably find restaurants that serve sashimi. i then walk away for like 10 minutes, and suddenly stopped by the boss whom chased me up with a bicycle, just for letting me know there is one more restaurant that might serve sashimi…. he is such a nice and friendly guy! i appreciate his kindness and attitude...

We (2 adults and a kid) went in for late lunch. Food taste was good but the service could be better. People were slightly less attentive.

Ordered margherita, Bismarck, tomato based pasta, potato fries with parmesan cheese powder sprinkled. Water had to be purchased, pasta tongs and dishes were not given along with pasta and we had to wait for almost 10-15 mins, pizza was not cut properly, there was no knife to...

The food was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the shrimp and mushroom pizza. The waiter's English was understandable, and the English menu was helpful.

However, the restaurant's policy requiring each adult to purchase a beverage, with the least expensive option costing approximately 700 yen, seems excessive, and I felt it detracted from the...
