I ordered the Double Double, double patties and double cheese, lettuce, tomato, relish, onion. We can choose the cheese, I got Cheddar & Mozzarella and the sauce, I chose Tartar (mayo & chopped eggs). Overall the burger was very enjoyable. The burger was quite tall and served very very fast. I took a photo of it next to a 'ochobori' to see the height. The bread is from a bakery style bread so not industrial. The top was slightly crunchy on the first bit as it probably went through quickly an oven toaster. The patties were not thick but there were 2 and quite tasty. Lettuce and tomato were quite generous which brought some freshness. I didn't really taste the relish as it was quite covered by the cheese and the tartar sauce. I have to say it became quite soggy with sauce, maybe tartar is a bit too overwhelming. My only problem was the cheese as it was typical American cheese but that very distinctive taste which ended up mixing with the tartar to become a bit strong. They have a lot of choice and I will definitely come back as the cost performance...

The burgers here are delicious. The quality of the meat shines through and you are also flush for options in regards to burger variations. They also appear to allow you to customize your burger as well if need be. Which is always a welcome addition for any burger shops in Japan. 2022年7月にオープンしたばかりのお店です✨ 土曜日の11時半に予約して来店しました！ 場所は柏郵便局の通り、東京ラスク柏店のお隣にあります🍔
予約したのは混んでたら嫌だなと思ったのと、予約するとポテトとドリンクがお安くなる、物によっては無料でセットがつけられるクーポンが使えるからです。９月末までのクーポンでテイクアウトだとドリンクはつかないので注意！
柏駅から少し歩くからかイートインのお客さんは私たちと３組でした。 イートインの方はテーブルで注文をとり、スタッフの方が運んでくださります。テイクアウトの方はカウンターでそのままスタッフさんに注文します。
ただでさえメニューが多いのにソースが４種類、チーズが３種類から選ぶので組み合わせを変えていろいろな味を楽しめますね。
私はハングリーヘブンベーコン＆チーズにエッグをトッピング、ソースはヘブン、チーズはチェダー＆モッツアをポテトLとジンジャエールのセットでいただきました！ あとサイドメニューのオニオンリング200gもいただきました😋
到着したハンバーガーはででぇ～んとそびえ立ってます！高い！！(笑) 黒光りしたバンズが印象的です。パンズは柏で有名なベーカリーフェーブさんのものを使用しているそうです。
パティは肉々しく、ベーコンは厚切り、ソースとの相性もよく、とてもおいしかったです👍️ ボリュームもあったので満足、満腹！
今度はカレーソースで食べてみたいと思いました✨
オニオンリングも玉ねぎがとても甘くておいしかったです👍️
