Saizeriya — Restaurant in Kawanishi

I would NOT recommend this Saizeriya.

Unfortunately, it took nearly an hour for an order of two carbonaras to arrive when ordered at lunch time. After a while of hopeful waiting, we enquired about the whereabouts of our dishes to a waitress who did not provide any explanation or apology, and instead scurried into the kitchen. Around 10 minutes later, we were finally presented with our carbonara which was okay but not worth the wait at all. We observed many people who had arrived long after us receiving their meals in a timely manner and to our dismay, received no apology for our wait.

The layout of some of the seats, particularly along the back wall, are not ideal as you are in extremely close proximity to your neighbouring table and this causes some awkwardness and uncomfortability, should one of you desire to get up and go to the drinks bar. I often found my neighbours back-end almost touching my table because of how narrow the aisle to get out of the booth was and this was unpleasant for the both of us.

The only upside to my experience was that the food was very cheap but I would rather spend a little more to have a much more pleasant and accommodating experience around the corner at...

I'd like to make it clear that this does not reflect on most of the staff. Some months ago, I lost my headphone in this restaurant. One of the workers yelled at me saying "I don't know where they are". I get he might have been having a bad day, but that's not excuse to yell at anyone.

Additionally, recently the bread has been of poor quality. Today I received bread that didn't look appetizing at all.

最近のサイゼの店員さん本当に酷い、

・平日の昼13時頃で混雑してるのは承知してますが。 注文から35分経っても食事が運ばれて来ず 25分くらいに1度注文が通ってるか聞いたら、（通ってます、追加のご注文は？）と言われました、待たせている謝罪もなく結局45分待ちましたが、私の仕事の休憩時間の終わりが近い為食事をキャンセルする旨をレジの店員さんに伝えました。45分待ったが食事が運ばれなかった為キャンセルします。と伝えるとポカンとした顔で、（キャンセルって事ですか？） 正直はぁ？と言いたかった。食事してないのに金払えってか？と謝罪の言葉も無くキャンセルして退店

別日に20時頃、2人で来店した際、窓際？の2人がけ席に通されましたが、ガラガラだった為広い席でも良いですか？と聞き4人がけの席に通された際も（2人がけの席がよろしいですか？）と意味が分かりません、わざわざテーブル面積変わらない...
