Can be a nice Restaurant. I do not like Restaurants with a 2nd service and this restaurant is the example why. It is not a pleasure that you get the last main dish with the bill. パスタ3種の中でもレモンとパルミジャーノチーズソースのパスタはレモンの爽やかさとチーズのコクと旨味が合わさって美味しかったです。 他のお店で私は出会った事が無いので初めて訪れる方には良い選択肢かなと思います。

お店の方の話ではこのお店で1番人気のパスタとの事でした。

Although it falls into the category of a bit of a splurge, considering the quality and taste of the dishes, I felt it was worth the cost and recommend this restaurant.

Among the three pasta options, the pasta with lemon and Parmesan cheese sauce was particularly delicious. The combination of the refreshing lemon and the rich, savory cheese was fantastic. Since I haven't encountered such a dish at other restaurants, I think it’s a great option for first-time visitors.

私にとって溝口のご褒美イタリアンはDonCarnemoさん一択です。 この日は仕事がひと段落したので、事前に予約して自分へのご褒美に1人でディナーに伺いました。

▶︎雰囲気

明るく、清潔感があり、穏やか。堅苦しさは無く、接客もカジュアル＆フレンドリー。

店内も落ち着いていて、騒がしくて落ち着かないということもなく、周りを気にせず安心して食事できました。

お肉がおすすめだそうで、確かにジューシーでとても美味しく頂けました。

お肉に限らず、産地や仕入れに凝っていらっしゃる印象です。

前菜やカルボナーラも美味しかったです。

カルボナーラは生クリーム不使用とのことで濃厚です。 いつもは濃厚だと飽きたり途中でもたれてくるのですが、胡椒とさっぱりしたアスパラがアクセントになっていて、あっというまに美味しく平らげました。

お腹が空いていたので、ワインやデザートまでフルコース並に注文したのですが、お会計は6,000円超えなかったので驚きました。

品質を大事にされているお店にコスパどうこう言いたくないのですが、お料理含めたお店の全体の質は、お値段以上だと感じます。

今回来店は2回目だったのですが、前回も含めてスタッフさんの雰囲気がとても良いです。

特に若いスタッフの方がのびのびと働いている印象です。 かしこまりすぎずフレンドリーに接客してくださり、それでいてきっちり気が利いてます。 厨房内の仲良さそうな会話にもほっこりします。
