Starbucks Coffee - Musashi-Kosugi Tokyu Square — Restaurant in Kawasaki

東急の武蔵小杉駅に直結する商業施設内にあるスターバックスです。平日・休日のいずれの時間帯も人の利用が多い武蔵小杉駅であるだけに、このスターバックスも常に混雑している状況で、比較的余裕をもって席を確保できる時間帯は、感覚的に平日の夜、それも閉店間際に限定されるように思います。とは言え、そのような状況を多くの利用客が察しているからか、小休憩目的で利用する客が多いように見受けられ、PC等を広げて長時間利用する客はあまり見られません。そのため、客の回転はそれほど悪くないように思います。 商業施設内にあるため、外からの光はあまり取り入れられるような構造ではありませんが、その分シックな雰囲気が醸し出されています。席の構成は1～2人向けがほとんどであるため、大人数での利用は適しておらず、また各席の間隔もそれ程広いようには見受けられず、パーソナルスペースも狭いように思います（これが、客の回転が早い理由の一つにも思います）。 給仕されるドリンクや料理の質、スタッフの接客対応の質は、他のスターバックスと遜色ありません。

This Starbucks is located in a commercial facility directly connected to Tokyu's Musashi Kosugi Station. Since Musashi Kosugi Station is used by many people on both weekdays and weekends, this Starbucks is also always crowded, and the time of day when you can get a seat with a relatively comfortable margin seems to be limited to weekday evenings and just before closing time. However, it seems that many customers use the Starbucks for a short break, perhaps because they are aware of such a situation, and there are not many customers who spend a long time using the Starbucks with their PCs and other devices spread out on the floor. Therefore, the customer turnover does not seem to be that bad. Because it's located in a commercial building, the structure does not allow much light from outside, but this creates a chic atmosphere. The seating configuration is mostly for one or two people, so it is not suitable for large groups, and the space between each seat does not appear to be very wide, so personal space is limited (which may be one reason for the fast turnover of customers). Staff at register is very nice and helpful. Finding seats is very hard if you don’t arrive in time - meaning when it opens. Internet is too slow. Don’t expect to be able to get work done here if it depends on reliable internet connection. Good for reading...

Would have rated 4 stars but as they still serve the drinks in take-away cups if you order to consume inside the restaurant, this does not match my expectations...therefore...
