The old lady who works here is really sweet. She'll cook the okonomiyaki for you and it's spot on. The sauce she has for it is slightly sweet and tangy, nothing too strong to overpower the ingredients.

She's really sweet and attentive to your needs. I got the octopus okonomiyaki and it was the right about over chewy and tender while really hitting on the classic notes. There's plenty of reading material too, if you know Japanese. No credit...

門司港ICから門司港レトロに向かう途中の道すがらにあるお好み焼き屋さんです 平日13時頃他に客は無く静かでした、ミックスを注文、ボールで生地が来たので自分で焼くタイプかと思ったら目の前でお母さんが焼いてくれました。生地、キャベツ、肉にシーフード、全てフカフカで柔らかくて美味しいです。何より自家製のソース、ソースとしての主張はあるけどしつこさはなく柔らかいお好み焼きに馴染んで相性抜群です 大きさは程々でしっかり食べたいときは一枚じゃ物足りないかも？ でも、自分が食べたくないものは作りたくないというお母さんの思いのもとに素材やソースにこだわったお好み焼きで好...
