This is the best place to go to get a view of Mojiko. There are some days that it's open night time and some that it's not. The japanese government has rated this one of the top 3 night views in Japan, so do try to go during night.
There's parking besides the observation room building. You get your ticket at the 31st floor but you have to be let in the elevator by security. The elevator music is that of a chugging train. The staff up top will then take your payment. They accept credit cards & tap-to-pay. There's a small cafe at the top that sells goods for a reasonable enough price for the convenience. I enjoyed the jazz music they had going on too, great atmosphere. They even had a stamp rally around town, very fun. Thank you...

It was very easy to find this location as the building is one of the rare tall buildings in Moji Port. The observation deck is a great place to take a break and enjoy the amazing view of Moji Port and Kanmon Strait. There is also a small cafe where you can buy drinks and snacks for refreshment. Overall, it is recommended to come here when you...
