The quality of the products are good, if the rating were only for that, it would be higher. However, two of the young staff members are too abrupt and inadequately trained in manner. I spoke Japanese, and one of them insisted on mysteriously not understanding and responding in short English with a hand gesture, as if she could not understand. When I repeated in a louder voice, suddenly by the third time, I heard a "Hai". For a store that regularly serves foreign customers, this should not happen, and it does not match their otherwise high quality care and dedication to offering high quality and delicious products. The other staff member did not show me the confirmed order in the box before sealing it, and then just stuffed it into my bag and abruptly handed it to me with a quick thank you. The line of customers before me, all apparently Japanese, received better treatment. Does there really need to be a difference in treatment like that? I don't think so. I hope to be able to edit and update this rating higher upon my next several visits. I may have just been unlucky on...

Was excited to finally try this place! Looks really cute and I love apples! But I was pretty disappointed with my apple cider and apple dessert. Both were lacking in flavor. Hoping to go back and give it another chance with something different?
