All the wagyu, including Kobe beef, is fantastically delicious. Thank you for raising them with care in front of a hot fire. They seem like gods who came to show people the taste of luxurious Kobe beef teppanyaki! 今までに行ったホテル内のステーキハウスの中で最低でした。

中年男性のシェフでしたが、無言で淡々と調理するだけで料理の説明も小声で、新人なのか他のシェフやスタッフに色々指摘や注意をされていました。 他の席では別のシェフとお客さんが談笑していたので当たり外れがあるようです。

こういうお店は目の前で焼いてくれるのが売りで、シェフが調理パフォーマンスを披露するお店も多いですが、ここは目の前に鉄板があるのに嫌がらせのように1m以上離された遠くで焼きます。 安全配慮とかでもなく、焼いている場所の目の前には他のお客さんがいて、そのお客さんは人の料理が焼かれているところを写真撮影していました（笑）

料理の味は悪くないですが万を超える金額なら当然のレベルです。

また最初にデザートの選択を聞いて来るのですが、2種類から選ぶだけなのに「今回ご予約のコースはこれですが」とわざわざ金額が書いたメニューを見せに来ました。 カップルで来ている客の前で金額を披露する無神経。気が利くホテルのお店なら会計時も男性側にだけ伝わるように伝票を持って来ますが、ここは最初に金額をバラされます（笑）

また、予約時に乾杯のワインをノンアルコールに変更でと伝えているにも関わらず一切通っておらず、しかも2回確認に聞きに来る始末です。

唯一最後のデザートだけは、元気な女性が目の前で丁寧に説明しながら液体窒素を使ったパフォーマンスを見せてくれて良かったですが、それ以外のスタッフは言葉遣いが丁寧なだけで接客態度は悪いです...
