神戸方面へぶらぶらおでかけ。エスニックが食べたくて、ブクマしていたこちらへ伺いました。こちらの店舗は駐車場が無いので、アスタくにつかの立体駐車場に停めてぶらぶら向かいました。丸五市場の手前くらいにめっちゃ綺麗な建物が！今まで行ったことのあるベトナム料理屋さんってもっとこじんまりしてる感じだってのでちょっとビックリしました。
店内も広いです。私達が伺ったタイミングでお客さんは私達以外皆さんベトナムの方っぽかったです。ランチもいろいろあり、定食っぽくなってるものも有り連れはその中から肉味噌の乗ったご飯とフォーのセットを、私はバインセオが食べてみたかったのでそれを単品でお願いしました。
バインセオは店員さんに「お好み焼きみたいな感じ」って教えてもらったのですが、卵と小麦粉(？)をたっぷりの油でカリッと焼いた生地にもやしや豚肉や海老を包んだものでした。私的に表現すると、エスニック風のガレット？？
