Excellent buffet, the best buffet in Kobe for sure. Food here is excellent, very fresh and also all produce is top quality. Salads, roast beef, fish, desserts all excellent. The issue is being careful not to overeat! Staff are incredibly courteous, polite and helpful, much as you would expect in Japan. I had the opportunity to have breakfasts at this wonderful restaurant, which is part of the Kobe Portopia Hotel. The quality of the food is excellent. 2024/10 下旬にこちらのホテルに宿泊 夕食と朝食で利用しました。 どちらもビュッフェ形式でした。

東京から神戸に旅行で来たのですが、何故か料理は東北料理ばかりで少しがっかり😞 店内の雰囲気は、夜も朝もとても良い空間と眺望でした。 室内の灯りも雰囲気が良かったですね。

夜は22時まで屋上のバーカウンターで夜景を観ながらカクテルが飲めます。 この日は風が強く寒かったので早々に引き上げました。

特に朝は見晴らしがよく外を眺めていました。 景色を観ながらのモーニングコーヒーはとても良いですね。

従業員の方はテーブルの上に置いた食べ終わった食器を直ぐに片付けて頂けるので、片付けを心配せずに座っていられました。 気配りって言うのでしょうか

夕食は、 料理は東北料理フェアだったので、東北料理がメインでしたが、けんちん汁が野菜等の具に味が染み込んでおりとても美味しかったのが一番の印象です。 チキンの山賊揚げ🪶🍗が香ばしく美味しかったですね。 ローストビーフ🥩は雪ワサビで食べられました。
