Traditional Japanese Cuisine Kobe Tamura — Restaurant in Kobe

I love Japanese cuisine because it is so simple, yet so complex and varied.

So I really tried a lot of Japanese restaurants. Actually almost everywhere in the world. But what you get here is second to none!

The compositions of the menu are definitely special! You can taste almost every ingredient even if the mixture offers a unique taste.

Perfect and minimally seasoned, so that you can enjoy the individual parts. The shoyu and the fresh wasabi are the ideal complement!

The dessert was to die for, not too sweet and super light!

And the red beans together with the matcha - the combination is the perfect ending to a perfect meal!

The restaurant does not need to hide from Michelin star kitchens!

But what made the evening really unique was the service! Even though communicating in Japanese/English and using hands and feet was not that easy! The neighboring tables also partially helped to translate individual words! Haha what an experience!

Dissatisfied Disappointed Onsen tamago instead of fresh egg without explanation before they serve. Ponzu taste not good for us. I have special japanese restaurant at Kobe Tamura restaurant. I love the enviroment, it was so elegant and very Japanese stylish. It was so calm and definitely less people.
