I love Japanese cuisine because it is so simple, yet so complex and varied. So I really tried a lot of Japanese restaurants. Actually almost everywhere in the world. But what you get here is second to none! The compositions of the menu are definitely special! You can taste almost every ingredient even if the mixture offers a unique taste. Perfect and minimally seasoned, so that you can enjoy the individual parts. The shoyu and the fresh wasabi are the ideal complement! The dessert was to die for, not too sweet and super light! And the red beans together with the matcha - the combination is the perfect ending to a perfect meal! The restaurant does not need to hide from Michelin star kitchens! But what made the evening really unique was the service! Even though communicating in Japanese/English and using hands and feet was not that easy! The neighboring tables also partially helped to translate individual words! Haha what an experience! Many thanks for this unique and warm hospitality.

I have special japanese restaurant at Kobe Tamura restaurant. I love the enviroment, it was so elegant and very Japanese stylish. It was so calm and definitely less people. The food was delicious compare with the level 2 restaurant where the combination Western and Japanese style were provided. I will choose this restaurant for next visit in Kobe, Japanese

【泡の時代の遺産で味わう静謐の一席｜とある老舗ホテルの懐石料理体験記】昨日、かつてのバブル経済の華やかな時代に建てられた由緒あるホテルにて、親しい友人4名を招いて、計5名で懐石料理を堪能してまいりました。華美でありながらもどこか落ち着きを感じさせるその空間には、時代の豊かさと共に、年月を経た風格が静かに漂っており、非日常のひとときを丁寧に演出してくれます。空間：静寂と品格が調和する、まるで時間が止まったような佇まい館内に一歩足を踏み入れた瞬間から、静けさに包まれた世界が広がります。磨き上げられた大理石の床、天井の高さ、家具や内装の意匠すべてに、当時の贅沢さと設計のこだわりが感じられました。お食事をいただいた個室からは、手入れの行き届いた日本庭園が望め、穏やかな光とともに四季折々の風情を映し出します。まるで茶室にいるかのような、心を鎮めてくれる空間でした。料理：五感を包み込む、旬と調和の物語献立は、季節の移ろいを繊細に映した構成。一皿ごとに意味があり、香り・彩り・食感・温度といった五感すべてに語りかけてくるようでした。前菜から始まり、椀物、造里、焼き物、炊き合わせ、止椀、そして水菓子に至るまで、どれも丁寧に作られており、食材の持つ力と料理人の技術が見事に融合していました。特に印象に残ったのは、旬の魚を使った焼き物。外は香ばしく、中はしっとりとした火入れ加減で、思わず会話が止まるほどでした。おもてなし：控えめながらも行き届いた心遣いスタッフの方々の所作もまた、料理の一部であるかのような美しさ。押しつけがましくなく、それでいてこちらの呼吸を感じ取るような接客に、日本のおもてなし文化の真髄を見た思いでした。総評：時を超えた贅沢と、心に残る一夜バブル期の贅を凝らした空間でいただく、現代の技と感性が光る懐石料理。それは決して過去の遺産ではなく、「今を丁寧に生きる」ことの大切さを教えてくれる時間でもありました。大切な方と、静かに味わうひとときにふさわしい、特別な場所です。また季節が変わった頃に、ぜひ再訪したいと思わせてくれる、心に残る一夜でした。

Dissatisfied Disappointed Onsen tamago instead of fresh egg without explanation before they serve. Ponzu taste not good for us. I did not felt to took a picture because of disappointment. bday surprised becomes nightmare. we did not finish to eat all, since our course cost ¥34,000 plus we ate all meat only because Montainai.#credittoladystaff assisting us...
