Teppanyaki Grill Tajima — Restaurant in Kobe

Although I was able to converse in Japanese, the restaurant’s staff were able to assist me and welcome me in English. I really appreciated this!

The host also provided us with a special small gift after I stated that we were celebrating our proposal. I was extremely impressed by him and this kind gesture!

We ordered the regular beef course and it certainly wasn’t just “regular”. The chef prepared the food in front of us and explained each ingredient. He offered us with options for toppings and also gave us suggestions. The meat choices were tough to choose from, but ultimately it felt as though any choice would be a good one.

The meat was by far the most impressive part. I can certainly say without a doubt that it’s the best I’ve ever had and will ever have. I’m really glad that I ended my first day in Kobe at this restaurant.

第一次来这里试，是在酒店内的，装修不错，进去了觉得很舒服，他们会尽量安排一个party,一枱，铁板师傅有很多，当天已经有5个同时工作，师傅的操作非常专业，每道菜都弄得非常好吃，牛肉半熟真是嫩滑，真的很回味，又有虾，蔬菜，蒜蓉炒饭，每次味道都非常惊喜，餐单也非常多选择，也可以点柸酒，也是不错的配，服务非常周到，来这里住的话必须要试试 It was my first time to try here. 高いばかりで美味しくないですね、客層が貧乏くさい方ばかり、赤ワインを頼めば温かいワイン持ってくるし、レアの焼き方を注文すればウェルダンに近くまで火を通すは、アホか！但馬牛本当に使ってるの？　街から離れた孤島みたいな所ですから、町中に行けばいくらでも美味しい物があるのだけれど、宿泊客はつい入ってしまうんでしょうね。野菜も何一つうまくない、ガーリックライスは臭いだけ、肉には旨味がない、行く価値ないですよ。但し三ノ宮まで行くのが面倒な方、あまり味の分からない方、お金を使いたい方、鉄板焼殆ど行ったことない方にはピッタリです。このホテルのレストランはほぼ全て美味しくないです。ゴメンナサイ酷評して、だって本当にまずいんだもの。まずい！ 鉄板焼但馬のスタッフの皆さま、いわ倉か中むらにお勉強に行かれたらどうでしょうか...
