This is a small, unassuming restaurant, which makes the extremely well-executed food all the more surprising.
We went for dinner after a long day at Suma beach across the road. The pasta was perfectly cooked in a delightfully nuanced peperoncino sauce with subtly roasted vegetables and garlic chips crisped to perfection.
The pizza crust compared favorably with any pizza in NYC or Rome. (And we dipped any extra crust in the leftover peperoncino sauce to get every bit of the garlic!)
The dessert, a panna cotta with fresh peach, was so good we ordered another one, and each was beautifully presented.
