I have to give credit to the shop that offers only one dish - claypot ramen - and you have 3 portion sizes ro choose plus 3 sizes of plain rice. As far as the taste is concerned, the noodle was great but the soup was too salty for my taste though it went well with the rice. I was told Japanese ramen soup is generally salty. 高知市内に点在する、須崎市の名物『鍋焼きラーメン』が堪能できるラーメン店です。 店内は狭く、客席のほとんどがカウンター席で構成され、席数も20席もありません。内装も典型的な昔懐かしの食堂のようで、気負わず利用できると思います。高知駅から近い場所にあることもあり、周辺地域に住む若い人達に人気で、昼食時間帯は勿論夕食時間帯も店外に待ち客の列が出来る程です。 スタッフの接客対応は、可もなく不可もなく、と言った感じでした。やや距離を取るようなぶっきらぼうさを感じましたが、特段失礼な対応をされることは無いと思います。 給仕された鍋焼きラーメンは、盛り付けこそ典型的であるものの、麺や具材にしっかりと味が染み込んでおり、また麺もコシのある程よい弾力で美味しかったです。価格もリーズナブルであり（料理の量としてはやや少なめのようにも感じるものの）、これも人気の一つであると言えると思います。

The restaurant is small, with most of the seating consisting of counter seats and no more than 20 seats. The interior is like a typical old-fashioned diner, and you can use the restaurant without any hesitation. Because of its location near Kochi Station, the restaurant is popular among young people living in the surrounding area, and there is even a line of customers waiting outside the restaurant during lunch and dinner hours. The staff's customer service was neither good nor bad. I felt they were somewhat distant and blunt, but I don't think they were particularly rude. You don't get to choose a ramen flavor here, just the size. This is the charm of this place though, and what they do have, they do well. The portions are large for Japanese size, and is within 2 minutes distance from Kochi station, so location is convenient as well.
