This time was for a burger that I can only imagine tasted as good as it looked.
Which I was not mistaken. Back Country burgers are made of koshuwine beef, and the buns used are large and soft. Meaty, moist, all-beef patties that bring me back to the burger restaurants in Colorado. If you have been to Five Guys before, it is similar in taste.
The American burger is not for the faint-hearted or dieting. Two patties, two cheese, bacon, onion, and a slice of pineapple. I was in heaven.
Cheese rings are melted in the center, and perfect with a beer.
Onion rings are crisp on outside, moist on inside. Plus, the breading doesn't slip off.
Fries are standard, but flavorful. They taste like fresh-cut.
