The park is open 24 hours, however the it is only the museum and the upper floor of one of the gates which are closed off when the park is 'closed' so feel to go by anytime, day or night. The park is big; depending on your pace expect to take from 30 minutes to an hour to see it all. Be careful if you have bad knees; there are a lot of steep stairs.
