お世話になっております。 ご説明ありがとうございます。 ただ、当日の対応について少し違和感がありましたので、こちらでも共有させていただきます。 「予約がいっぱい」とは言われず、「お一人様は2人席をご利用いただけません」とだけ案内されました。 しかも、退店するまでその席は空いたままでした。 今後の改善につながればと思います。

料理はとても美味しく、これまでに3〜4回ほど伺いました。毎回、左側の2人席に座り、2人前の料理を注文していました。

しかし今回、同じ席に座りたいとお願いしたところ、黒髪の女性スタッフの方に「お一人様ではご利用いただけません」と言われ、断られてしまいました。店内はそれほど混雑しているようには見えなかったので、少し残念な気持ちになりました。

美味しい料理を楽しみにしていただけに、このような対応は少し心に引っかかりました。もしかしたら、今回が最後の訪問になるかもしれません。
