Tokyo Abura Soba - Kofu — Restaurant in Kofu

This place blew me away. I’ve been told there are many other locations of this shop in Tokyo as well, but I ate at the Kofu location, just down from the station. Soba noodles with toppings in a bowl, that you mix after a few squirts of vinegar depending on your bowl size. The flavor is insane, one of the best bowls of noodles I’ve had in a while. Will absolutely be going back to the Tokyo locations. The spicy option packs a respectable kick, and many toppings are available for customization. Only downside would be that the meal is pretty heavy and you’ll definitely fee it in your stomach, but if you can live with that, the taste...

Nous mangeons pour la deuxième fois des Abura Soba et celles-ci étaient particulièrement bonnes.

La texture des nouilles étaient parfaites, vous choisissez votre plat et les toppings sur la borne (nous avons pris les deux les plus commandés et c’était super bon).

Le service était accueillant et rapide, il y’a peu de places, en sortant nous avons vus qu’il y avait pas mal de gens qui attendaient (un samedi midi).

店内はカウンターしかなく、長居もする客もそれ程いない印象 店員さんの接客も好印象で手慣れており、一般的なラーメン屋等と違い商品提供は早く、回転率は良い 紙エプロンの無料サービスなどもあり、女性客にも人気の様子
