Akaboshi Coffee — Restaurant in Kotohira

Came as a group of 5 foreigners . Two went to to order. However the server left counter to inform us that we could not sit here until after we ordered, then returned to counter to get the two customers in front of our group who had ordered and once again tell us to move so they could sit down. There was another free table, but ok we followed the womans request. However a group of people who had arrived after us sat down at a table while one went to order. Apparently for them it wasn't a problem for at no point did they get asked to get up . Different systems for foreigners and Japanese? I conveyed my feelings to the server but was answered with a rude shrug. 18 years in Japan and it was the first time I felt embarrassed for the bad impressions my visiting friends...

本場うどん県の美味しいうどんを堪能した後は、善通寺詣でをしまして、本日の宿の琴平花壇へ。 少し雨もパラつき早めに宿への到着となりました。 温泉に入る〜と言う家族とは、惜しみつつも別れを告げて、金比羅さん散策へ♪ 私は湯冷めし易い体質なので、早い時間から温泉は駄目なんです（笑）風邪引きます(^^;; ドライバーは体調管理が第一なんです♪

表参道には初詣向けの露店が、年賀に向けて忙しく準備に追われてます。 取り敢えず参道を登って行くと、琴平名物のお店が右にも左にも(^-^)/目移りしますね♡

〆の麺が不発弾処理となり（笑）ラーメンを探す最後の悪あがきをするも、流石に無い(^^;; そこで目標をたこ焼きにチェンジ。〆のたこ焼き。

金比羅さんへの階段が見え始める、参道登り坂の終点近くにたこ焼きの幟を発見♡ しかしお店は、オープンテラスが有るオサレなカフェ…まさかこのカフェがたこ焼きを⁉︎と思いつつメニュー看板を見るが載ってない。アルコールは種類豊富(^^;; 此方は、店舗築造中ですが、アカボシ珈琲店さんです♪ 仕方なく店内で聞いてみることに…←諦めが悪い（笑） すみませ〜ん…て恐る恐る声を掛けると、笑顔がとっても素敵な女性が♪ ...
