I first tried this gyoza when I visited hitoyoshi 7 years ago. Missed this gyoza for so long after return to Malaysia. I am so lucky that they have brunch at Kumamoto now which enable me to taste such a tasty gyoza when I visit Kumamoto again! Crispy and the filling is totally different from others. The yuzu ice cream is a plus! This is highly recommended!

This is absolutely recommended gyoja shop. The best gyoja I have ever eaten in life. The filling is just nice and juicy covered with thin and crispy skin. Beside the gyoja, the yuzu ice cream is also a plus. This is a gyoja shop that you will definitely won’t regret if you eat it. Both gyoja and yuzu ice cream is amazing.

人吉に住んでいたことがあり、本店は良く利用させて頂いたのですが、熊本市内に支店があると言う話を聞いて、食べたくなり行ってみました。 店内は、カウンターが5席程度に、小上がりが2テーブルと言った、こじんまりとした造りでした。 でも、餃子は本店と変わらない味で、懐かしく、とても美味しかったです。 薄くカリッと焼かれた皮が香ばしくて、噛むと中から歯応えのある野菜が甘くてジューシーで、しつこくないので、おやつタイムだったのですが、餃子2人前をペロッと食べました。 ニンニクの匂いが余り気にならないのもポイント高いです。 テーブル備え付けの赤い粉末状の物は唐辛子のようですが全然辛くなくて、タレに多めに入れると風味が良いです。 本店は餃子だけで、いつもご飯が食べたいと言っていたのですが、こちらはランチタイムに、定食もあるようですね。 お店の女性の方もニコニコしてて感じが良かったです。 場所を確認したときに駐車場が無さそうな感じでしたが、行ってみると、駐車場に困るという事はなさそうでした。 次回は定食を...
