If you're in Kurashiki and looking for Indian/Nepal food, this is the spot.

It's bit tough to find but it's well rated on Google Maps so you'll be able to spot this place that has a 4*+ rating when scanning the map for places to eat near Kurashiki Station.

At first glance, this restaurant might not have curb appeal and it looks to be a bit dimly lit with cold lighting on the inside, but don't judge this book by its cover and be deterred because the food here is absolutely delicious.

I ordered the dinner meal set that comes with choice of curry(I ordered chicken curry with medium spice), salad, naan and choice of lassi(I ordered mango flavor) and a side of chicken tikka.

The curry was excellent and the piece of naan bread was the perfect combination of soft and chewy on the inside yet crispy on the outside. I loved the chicken tikka! So tender and flavorful!

Nepali Indian food which was pretty tasty, not totally authentic but ok, and reasonably priced but service was lacking and be warned-they only accept cash or local online payment and no mention of that till you go to pay, which was a problem for our table and others...
