Awesome tsukemen. When you order tsukemen, the staff will ask you whether you want pork bone soup or seafood soup. The pork bone soup was outstanding while sea food soup was also very tasty. 定番の豚骨をいただきました。いつも通り麺はモチモチでスープがよく絡み､味に安定感があります。スープは獣臭が全くなしで濃厚ドロドロでトンコツ感=コラーゲンを感じる独特な旨さで癖になります。ラーメンとご飯with高菜を交互に食べるのが大好きです。堅田店に足繁く通っていますが味は全く同じです。席数が堅田店の倍以上ありそうなところはワンダフルです。ただ駐車場が４台程と控え目です。次回はぜひ豚そばも食べてみたいです。ごちそうさまでした。

It is small ramen shop. Their Tonkotsu ramen is delicious. Price is also not too expensive. Food portion is enough for normal adults. But, the soup is a little bit strong for me. I adjusted the taste what I like with the chili sauce, sesame and other spices. I also prefer their side dish. They also give me one basket to put my stuff. Tonkotsu ဝက်ရိုးဟင်းရည် ခေါက်ဆွဲနဲ့ နာမည်ကြီးတဲ့ ခေါက်ဆွဲဆိုင်လေးပါ ဈေးကလည်း အရမ်းမကြီးပါဘူး Portion က ကြီးတော့ ခေါက်ဆွဲတစ်ပွဲနဲ့ကို ဝပါတယ် ဟင်းရည်အရသာကတော့ အီသလိုဖြစ်လို့ စားပွဲပေါ်က အစာပလာတွေက လိုချင်တဲ့အရသာဖြစ်အောင် စပ်စားရခဲ့ပါတယ် နောက်တစ်ချက်က မုန့်ညှင်းချဉ် အရမ်းစားကောင်းပါတယ် စားတဲ့လူတွေ ပစ္စည်းပစ္စယထည့်ဖို့ ခြင်းတစ်ခြင်း ပေးပါတယ်

The best tsukemen ever. The soup is thick with 2 flavors: seafood and pork (gyokai and tonkotsu). The noodle texture is thick and firm. The price is relatively normal compared to nearby ramen places ¥850...
