倶知安町では中休みを取る店が多く、午後３時頃通った為どこも準備中。ようやく見つけたお店が「喫茶ボンボン」。食べ物はあるのか不安でしたが、メニューにはカレー、ハンバーグ、スパゲッティ、そば・うどんまで幅広くあり安心。しかし、特筆すべきは「お手洗い」である。失礼ながら古くて広くも無いが、手入れが実に行き届いて感動。蛇口回りや使い捨てペーパータオル付近にも水の飛び散った跡も無く、飾られた花も古くない。こうなれば調理場も衛生面で期待して間違いない。どんなに旨くても調度品のホコリや色褪せ、カトラリーや調味料のコンディションが悪いと悲しくなるものだ。少し待って提供されたハンバーグ定食とナポリタンスパゲッティは充分に期待に応えてくれました。また来たいと思います。駐車場は店横にあります。
