This is not your typical burger shop. It is an homage to all things American. The burgers are hands down the best I've had. Owner-san chops his grade A U.S. beef by hand for a chunky, steak-like texture. Monthly special burgers are inspired by seasonal ingredients. The atmosphere is over-the-top. The owner is friendly. I will probably lose a year of my life eating the food, but it's worth it.

ロコバーガー（写真手前） イエーイバーガー（写真奥と追加一枚の写真） の食べ比べ。 ロコバーガーはデミグラスソースでBBQソースが苦手な方にはよいかも。 私がそうで食べやすかったす。 パン生地は甘味があり、胡麻がふんだんに散り入れられそれだけでもおいしい生地です。 お肉は超粗挽き肉で、食べ応えのある肉肉したハンバーグ。 玉ねぎは太さのある横向きカットで少しピリッとアクセントになって最後まで飽きずにおいしくいただけました。 子供ちゃんには辛いから抜いてあげた方がいいかも。 イエーイバーガーは、ベーコン・チーズなんかも入っていてお得な料金。 入っている分、塩分もプラスされるのですが、相方曰く「そこまで塩分は感じずボリュームもあっておいしかった」とのこと。 多分ソース自体もこだわっておられるみたいなので、どれもあっさりしているのかもしれません。 ポテトがついているのですが、コンソメまたはBBQ味で、むっちむち。 初めてお店に行った際にポテトだけ頼んだのですが、また食べたくなる忘れられないお味で今回来店させていただきました。 店主さん、こだわっておられると思います。 とても感じの良い方です。 駐車場はないので、道を挟んで北側にコインパーキングがあります。 60分200円 ご馳走様でした！

Bossman makes great shakes and burgers. The fries are also good, which is RARE in Japan. Patties are custom made, which is important as most Japanese burgers have very disappointing patties. If you've been in Japan for a while you'll know what I mean. The restaurant itself is filled with American knick-nacks, and MTV music video recordings play on two TVs to set the vibe.
