Nothing to complain about the coffee’s flavor. If you are looking for a tasty cup of coffee. Definitely check this place out~

However;

Apparently the owner doesn’t like people to stay for longer than 1hour(from my own experience) and people doing studying or chatting or other stuff than enjoying the coffee (based on some of the others Japanese comments). So as a friendly FYI, if you are looking for a place to spend some chill time with your friends. You might want to look for another place.

Old school coffee maestro! Accidentally found this place after visiting the Botanic Gardens. It's next to the river walk and a nice vinyl record shop next door. Select from several coffee types / origins. He does a Bunsen burner extraction that is quite unusual and great to watch. It makes you slow down aittke and appreciate it....

＜非常識的な塩対応、接客の基本が揃っていない＞

家から遠くてもコーヒーが美味しくて、北山に行ったらちょくちょく思い出している店だった。しかし、今日の塩対応は忘れれない。運動したから来て、少し眠くて夢うつつ本を読んでいた。

そうしていきなり、”動いてもらいますか？”と繰り返して言われた。そして付け加えたセリフが、”２時間もすぎたんです、勉強ならスタバでも行ってしてください、うちはコーヒーを楽しむとこですー”だった。つまり、私を町カフェのマナーも知らないバカにした。

もちろん、スペースが狭いカフェでは、利用時間が長すぎると困る訳でもあるだろう。しかし、そういう頼みなら、バカにしなくてもいくらでもできるはず。”もう一杯、頼んでもらいますか”とか”当店はスペースが狭くて、長い利用はご遠慮させていただいております”とか方法は色々あるだろう。目の前の御客をめんどくさい存在として扱い、いきなり出て欲しいというのはどう考えて見ても常識以外。

それとも”OO分以上の利用は長い利用はご遠慮させていただいております”というふうにお先に守るべきのルールを書いておいた方がいいんじゃないかな。それが固くて町のカフェーの自然な雰囲気と合わないと思ったら、目の前の人を尊重して、丁寧に声をかけるべきであろう。笑顔までは期待もしない。

そもそも２時間ぐらいでこんなにぶしつけに人を追い出すのは深夜のマックドナルドしかいない！頼みなら１００％分かるけど、私が何を謝り、こんな目にあったのか全然わからない。
