Charming little cafe/restaurant in a residential part of Kyoto. I came here once when I lived in the area but I wish I came here more often.
The cafe was pretty empty apart from a few locals. It is run by one woman who was very friendly and skilled at preparing Russian/Georgian dishes. The menu is extensive with plenty of foods that are difficult to find in Japan (from my experience). I had the pelmeni with sour cream and my friend had some tea with beetroot salad.

The Russian tea with its own pot is delicious when you add the homemade berry jam!...

If you’re here, you’ve got to visit! Pelmeni is now my favorite kind o...
