My fiance and I found JewelryPetit in Kyoto while we were on vacation and trying to find a store that could resize my engagement ring. To our surprise, JewelryPetit was able to resize the ring within a few hours the same day. The staff goes above and beyond to make your experience more than just a service by welcoming you in and taking the time to get to know you and exactly how they can help you best. Although there was a language barrier, the staff were gracious and patient enough to use a translator app so that we could communicate effectively with them.

We loved the shop and staff so much that we actually decided to get my fiance's wedding band made while we were there! They guided us through the design process so we could give creative input for the custom made ring, and had it finished within a few hours on the same day.

Even though both rings were done the same day, they were done with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. When we came to pickup everything, the staff took a commemorative photo of us with our rings, and gifted us a framed, printed copy of the photo to take home with us.

My fiance and I keep joking that if we ever need custom jewelry created or repaired again, it would probably be worth it to travel to Kyoto again just to have it done at JewelryPetit. I can't recommend this place enough if you are looking for this kind of service in...

My partner and I got engaged on our recent holiday to Japan, so we thought it would be super sweet to build our wedding bands while we were here.

It was such a welcoming environment, everything was easy and nothing was too much trouble for the lovely friendly staff here. It was made great by the simple online booking, being welcomed in with a tea / coffee and the attention to detail during our ring consultation (even so much as using a translating app so we can get the most out of the experience)

Making the rings was super fun! The staff were great teachers and took plenty of photos and videos to commemorate our special ring making experience.

We came from Texas to have a unique, custom experience of creating our own wedding rings. Makita-san and Tsuyoshi-san guided us from beginning to end and they were super fun and nice to work with. They had snacks, drinks, and conversation was easy with their app to translate between Japanese and English. They took pictures to commemorate the journey of making our wedding rings and the unveiling of the wedding rings after they made them prettier was very cute.
