The owner of the restaurant was extremely kind and brought us over to this hidden gem from his other store. The people there were all incredibly friendly and the food was absolutely amazing!! Their English is also pretty good and the restaurant is very welcoming to foreigners. Even though I’m not usually the biggest fan of tofu the tofu they served here tasted heavenly and the only regret I have is not ordering more of it. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants a good filling meal o(^▽^)o

You can command a fine view of Yasaka Tower, because this restaurant is located on the 2 nd floor. To go to toilet, you ask a free coin to get into. Of course there are other very expensive traditional tofu restaurants but this place is so handy to experience variety of tofu cuisine.

The food is almost all vegetarian. I loved the taste. It was very delicious. Ambiance was great, lighting made it relaxing, chill and romantic. It didn't harm my eyes. Service was also great. I found the toilet system with free coins a bit strange but I understand them as they only want their customers to be able to use their toilet. Price could have been a bit cheaper.
