色々なケーキを試してみた結果、 自分的に1番美味しいケーキは、、、 モンブラン！ モンブランは複数種類がありますが、 三角のモンブランが1番美味しい！ 下はタルトで、異なった味のクリームが三層くらいになってます。

苺パフェはフォトジェニックでボリュームたっぷり🍓生クリームもケーキ屋さんならではの美味しさ。もう少しクリームの量を減らしてその分中にバニラアイスを入れたら良いと感じた。 苺ジャムは1番下だけじゃなくて薄い層を何層にもして分散させたら更に良くなると思った。

ガレットの島大タルトも好きです。クリームの比率が高いので、もうすこしタルトの比率が上がるといいと思います。
