This establishment is run by the probably sweetest family we ever met; we actually felt like we were guests at their home.

Located very close to the Tourist Information Center bus stop, so it’s very convenient. Dinner and breakfast are included in your stay, with locally sourced ingredients and some of which they produce on their own farm. We feel so comfortable while staying. The room is clean, the bed is soft, we are so satisfied with dinner, home made foods, especially the burgers that were kids’ favorite. The boss is very kind and nice even we cannot talk in Japanese. Thank you so much for your service, and the “rice balls” lunch boxes are so yummy, don’t ever eat such delicious ones, much better than stores. stayed in this pension for 1 night to ascend to the Norikura summit for fall foliage above 2000m. Family-run nice pension with its private onsen. Room was spacious but a bit dark (not a big issue). Both meals are sumptuous made from local produce. They baked their own bread and I like their apple tarts !
