Not only is the eel very good, but I was also pleasantly surprised by the attentive service. The server asked if we felt cold sitting near the entrance and turned on the heater for us. Knowing we were tourists, she kindly offered to take a picture of us with our food. Noticing that my husband had nowhere to place his backpack, she brought over a basket for him. 値段は確かに高いですが、それでも三島神社界隈で根強い人気を誇るうなぎ料理を堪能することが出来るレストランです。 店内はそれほど広くなく、カウンター席とテーブル席で20席もありません。そのため特に昼食時は店外に行列が出来る程です。店の周囲には日差し除けが少なく歩道も狭いため、夏場の暑い日に店外で待つ際は注意が必要です。スタッフは一様にハキハキとした声で元気よく接客対応してくれます。 給仕された鰻丼は、見た目こそ他のうなぎ料理店の鰻丼と大きな差はありませんが、表面のパリッとした食感はそこまで強くなく、全体的にふっくらとした柔らかな食感でした。タレも程よく鰻とご飯に染み込み、最後まで美味しくいただくことが出来ました。 店内での飲食だけでなく、テイクアウトも出来ます。

The price of the eel bowl is certainly high, but the restaurant is still a great place to enjoy eel dishes that are very popular in the Mishima Shrine area. The restaurant is not very spacious, with less than 20 seats at the counter and tables. So there is often a line outside the restaurant, especially during lunch time. The sidewalks around the restaurant are narrow with little shade, so be careful when waiting outside on a hot summer day. The staff are all cheerful and helpful, with a clear voice. The eel bowl served to me was not much different from eel bowls served at other eel restaurants in terms of appearance, but the crispy surface was not that strong and the overall texture was soft and fluffy. The sauce soaked into the eel and rice just right, and I was able to enjoy it all the way through. You can eat and drink in the restaurant as well...
