Sukiyakitei — Restaurant in Mito

The owner and the staff are really nice. They have limited and narrow parking space and they are willing to guide us.

We order 2 of sukiyaki set, included bunch of appetizers, sashimi then the sukiyaki beef and rice. The beef is quite nice, fresh cut by a slicer, we are amazed by the quality and the service, even we are foreigners, they try their best to explain and introduce the course. The part-time girls are very cute, as we know they are learning English so I recommend any foreigners who spoke English to come and enjoy the meal.

The price is fair. When we leaving they threat us like a normal Japanese, they came out and say goodbye until our rear-view mirror couldn't see them just like the Japanese movie and anime. We really feel the human touch in here. We would love to come back when we...

I ordered sukiyaki set. It is the best sukiyaki I ever had.

隱身在巷弄的日式壽喜燒餐廳，常陸牛壽喜燒很好吃！

店內有吧台和傳統日式榻榻米包廂，今天用餐是在榻榻米包廂，店員會細心的用屏風遮擋，保有隱私的用餐環境。

從前菜小品就相當清爽美味 特別是明太子小菜 很好吃。

生魚片有鮪魚赤身、花枝和鰤魚，都很新鮮，特別是鮪魚赤身，非常柔軟 甘甜。

今天點了常陸牛壽喜燒和金目鯛涮涮鍋，店員主動詢問是否要兩鍋分食，之後的主食都會幫忙分成兩份，十分貼心！

常陸牛的油花很漂亮，和牛在壽喜燒的耐吃遠高於燒肉，除了肉品本身油脂的濃郁和肉的鮮甜，加上許多野菜和配料，尤其是蛋液包裹，讓整個過程都豐富多變，不會因為油脂過多而感到膩口！

金目鯛涮涮鍋在甜口的壽喜燒外，淡雅的風味和金目鯛的Q彈 帶來不一樣的感受，擔心壽喜燒過於甜膩的話 可以這樣搭配喔！

最後的主食，我選擇壽喜燒雜炊，老闆娘細心的煮好後，我自行把剩下的蛋液加進去後，蛋液的滑順 讓整晚雜炊更加順口，再加上一些金目鯛蘸料，微微酸香，這碗雜炊真的最高，太好吃了！

最後，料理的美味也不及店家的服務和細心，疫情過後來到日本...
