📝: Definitely will not miss my chance to get fresh and delicious sushi for a great price when in Japan. Love how fun sushi trains are, but it’s also dangerous considering I can keep going and going with the plates 🤣 It was worth it nonetheless!

I visited Daiki suisan again! This time I came on Sunday and this is full of people. I have to wait for 20min to be seated. Really love the good taste of the sushi. The fish piece is big and it is satisfying. I also like the unique item like fish skin sushi and salmon with avocado. One thing I don't like so much is the use of salad dressing. 他店補も同じようなレベルでした。 現在ならかっぱ寿司の方がゆったり食事が出来ます。

寿司屋で寿司に触れて言いのは、板前さん一人だと思います。 大起水産のここだけですが、バイトらしき若い人やホールの女の子も触れます。 ほとんどの皿に薬味を持ってますが、乗せすぎて何の魚か分からないぐらい。 全てとりのぞいてワサビと醤油で食べるのが一番です。

店内は、通されて座った席におしぼりがなく、ホールの子を呼んで頼むと、隣の空席にあったおしぼりをそのまま手渡されたり、置かれた割り箸の袋の底が折ってあったので（つまり誰かが使った後にマナー通り箸袋を折ってる）交換するように言うと、一度奥に入り同じ箸袋を持って現れたりで、板前さんが気の毒なお店です。

日本酒は種類が少なくて、ビールはグラスが汚いです。日本酒の辛口の方と頼むと、ホールの人が「通ですね」と笑いながら言うし。 下手なべんちゃら要らんねん、あんたより二回りぐらい年上で、板長さんと同年代やと、接客の未熟さに腹が立ちます。
