Surprisingly good. I didn't expect much from a ramen restaurant in a small tuna town, but the broth was amazingly tasty. I dare say, one of the best tasting miso broths I've had. The noodles were perfect. -1 star because of the meat. It was too fatty, too tough and not evenly cut, still good though. The Nitomago (ramen eggs) were good.
