Seafood-style ramen at Menya Buson in Shinonoi, Nagano! 🍜 Recommended by a local near my work site, this was actually the first ramen I tried in Nagano. The broth was rich with bonito aroma, likely a seafood soy sauce base, and it paired beautifully with the noodles. I ordered the “Buson Ramen with seasoned egg” – absolutely satisfying!
