BLANKET DONUTS 長野店 — Restaurant in Nagano

The donuts are good but the service is terrible.

1. They only have 4 parking spots.

2. Regardless of the line standing out front before they open, it takes the workers inside forever to pack the donuts into the takeout bag and to pay. Even when I took 1 minute to choose my 4 donuts, they took over 5 minutes just to pack and settle the payment. By the way the line is always 30 minutes or more if you arrive at 11.

3. They’re always out of glazed and chocolate glazed donuts. For some reason it’s beyond them to make more of those than their other flavors, even though you have to be in the first 10 people in line, or else you won’t get them.

4. They don’t even have the decency to post their off days when they don’t align with the google maps days/hours. No consideration for those who drive early in the morning 1.5 hours to get into their line only to have a poster on their door saying they’re not open today. Why not write it on social...

口コミみてなかなか行かない場所なので行ってみました。確かに駐車場は小さめで綿半からの車の出入りで停めにくい感じはありました。店内せまいので2人までと張り紙ありましたがどんどん店内にお客来てました。モチモチしててかなり食べごたえあり、おいしかったです。写真はクリームはいってるやつですが女性の握り拳分程はあるので1つ食べればかなり満足感あります。人それぞれ好みはあるので気になれば1度足を運んでも損ではないと思います。軽食になるくらいの満足感とモチフワでシンプルなやつはおいしかったですね。写真のクリームはなんか甘くなくて若干塩っけを感じたので見た目と味にギャップはあり、ホイップクリーム食べてるという感じがしなくてもう少し甘さがあればいいのかなと…夏は上にコーティングされてるチョコとか溶けるの心配であれば保冷剤持っていくと安心かなと。店ではそのような対応なく、レジ下に小さめに溶けた場合の保存法...

一時期の混雑が無くなったようなので、行ってみました。お店の中は綺麗に掃除されており、清潔な感じです。広くないので、2組ずつの入店制限がありました。 どれも美味しそうなドーナツばかりで、店員さんの感じも良く、購入意欲は湧きます。カスタード、クラシックシュガー、期間限定のアールグレイを購入。どれもフワフワな食感で、周りの砂糖もそれほど甘くなく、見た目よりあっさりと食べられる感じでした。とは言え、ドーナツなので、2つも食べれば満腹。アールグレイは、何故か洋酒のような味がしたので、苦手な方には不向きかも。色々なドーナツを食べてきた私の感想としては、美味しいのですが、「めちゃくちゃ美味しくて、また食べたい」とはならなかったので、☆3の普通の評価...
