2021年8月21日 直近では下諏訪のお店で味噌ラーメンを注文し、油の強さに年齢的な限界を感じてしまいましたがせっかく長野に来たので来訪しました。土曜日の12時半頃でしたが先客は二組程度で混雑はしていませんでした。店内は天井も高く換気も良さげでパーティション等や各テーブルに消毒を配置したりと感染対策への意識が高いお店です。前回の反省を踏まえて、今回は味噌ラーメンに白ネギをトッピングして油を中和させる作戦で臨みます。これが功を奏して油の強さをそれほど感じることもなく、今まで通りに美味しく頂くことに成功しました。餃子も皮があつめで野菜がたくさん入った餡がパンパンにつまったタイプで美味しく頂きました。持ち帰りにも対応している様で電話注文して取りに来るお客さんが3組ほど来店していました。前回、くるまやラーメンを卒業するといいましたが、...
