This is an incredible and unique ramen restaurant in Nagasaki. While the standard pork ramen is excellent, the true experience here is the kara-miso spicy pork broth ramen. It is a rich and deep flavor, very different than the thinner flavors you generally encounter on Kyushu. If you want to try the broth that makes this place shine, order:
子ぶたもり (kobuta-mori - small pork broth 750yen) OR ぶたもり (buta-mori - pork broth 850yen)
AND 激辛みそ (spicy miso flavor)
The small size is deceptively filling, and is more than enough for an average person. It also comes with pork, green onion, and one sheet of seaweed. Be warned, the spice on this one is no joke! Enjoy!
