We visited Cafe Restaurant Dejima Terrace 出島テラス in October. It wasn't very busy here when we visited.
We ordered the Dejima Turkish Rice (1800 yen), and lemon and honey soda (800 yen), saratooga cooler (800 yen), and the Dejima seafood paella (2500 yen).
The first thing you should know is that "Turkish Rice" in Nagasaki has nothing to do with actual rice from Turkey. Instead, this is a famous dish in Nagasaki that contains a pork cutlet served over rice with spaghetti. I know... confusing... just go with it as you'll see this dish offered a lot in Nagasaki. The pork cutlet itself was pretty good with a nice crispness to it.
The seafood paella is also not like a traditional paella dish that you would get from a Spanish restaurant. The rice is a bit basic here and lacks flavour. Not bad but just not that memorable either.
