土曜日２０時ごろ家族で行きました。席はかなりあいてましたが、名前を書いて待つよういわれて書きました。３０分くらい待ちました。他の方も席あいてるのにね。と言ってました。注文して料理がくるまで４５分くらいかかりました。トータル1時間弱待ってました。店内フロアは女性スタッフ2人。明らかに人員足りてないです。バッシングもできてなくて前のお客さんの食器を片付けるのもままならず、カトラリー配膳も食事が届いたあとでした。店長、責任者、シフト作成者はなに考えてるんだろう。ランタンの最終日近い土曜日にフロア2人でまわるわけないのに。見立てが甘いとおもいました。フロアのスタッフ2人はきついというか、いらいらするだろうなと思いました。しかし、にこにこしていて、よく頑張ってくださってました。接客は素晴らしいと思いますが、もう少しシフトは配慮したほうがいいと思います。明らかにあの土曜日にスタッフ少なすぎです。案内、料理提供どちらも時間がかかってるし効率わるいなとおもいました。お客様にも迷惑かけてしまいますよ。同業者なので、なんか残念...
